Assessment session of overall fitness readiness

Small group workout with the coach

Teach them young and make it fun, put down the smartphone and workout with a group of peers.

Tailored for team sports and junior athletes ages 8+. Check with coach Gary for scheduling.

June 06 to August 24th for junior wrestlers two workouts per week
